I can think of two possibilities for your difficulty:

1) You will need to click twice on the arrow in the picture below the title.  This will start the video.  Sometimes certain technologies (such as java or flashplayer) require the two clicks to activate the object

2) The minimum system requirements for running the video are 
*Macromedia Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in 
*Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates 
     installed 
*Mac OS X 10.3 or higher 
*Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 5.0+, or 
     Safari 1.0+ 
*Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps

You can download the latest flashplayer for free from www.adobe.com.
